I’m a long time Acura customer. This is my fifth lease in the last 10 to 15 years. The process couldn’t have been smoother (though the two hours could have been half an hour shorter I think). Michael has excellent customer service and was extremely helpful. We were there late and he was understanding and patient guiding us through the process. The deal was closed because of the service MICHAEL p helpful. We were there late and he was understanding and patient guiding us through the process. The deal was closed because of the service MICHAEL provided. However, Freddy on the other hand needs to be more tactful. Even though he is in the finacial department he still needs to provide customer service to ensure the client is comfortable to close deals. We almost left because of how he was speaking and handling the closing. I know to an extent he has to be a shark, but saying things like “it’s basic math” insulting someone intelligence isn’t going to cut it. My husband used his same line when we added the maintenance and his numbers were not adding up because he didn’t explain it correctly. Dino stepped in when we were getting up to leave without the deal to help clean up Freddy’s mess. More
