Treated with respect I am a younger female who is also a first-time car owner, so I was new to the process. I was treated with respect and guided every step of the way by Michael, who was absolutely fantastic. I never felt taken advantage of. After visiting Acura of Pembroke Pines, I went to another dealer to shop around, and the salesman there immediately referred to me as "honey" and "sweetie" in a condescending way towards my questions. I highly reccomend Acura of Pembroke Pines and Michael for their professionalism and respect for their clients. Thank you, Michael! More

Salesman I have dealt with should not be doing this job. Certainly expect to be told the truth whatever it may be especially for a customer of 12+ years leaving with his 4th car from this dealership. The disappointment I have experienced following my most recent transaction has not been resolved and, therefore, although able to recommend the dealership as a whole, I will not be returning after these many years.
