Salesman Mike made shopping for a new car easy. I think we were tough customers, with our mind made up as to color, car, etc. Mike didn't blink, and made sure we got the right car. But Mike at Beaver Toyota made it less stressful. Beaver Toyota seems to have a "can do" staff, who is definitely trying to wow you. Even Rob in financing was friendly, efficient, informative, and quick! They have a new system where you sign electronically on Rob's desk, and it makes all that paperwork a breeze. Who has ever enjoyed financing a car? No one. But Rob made it simple, and understandable for my wife and I. All said and done, we freakin love our new car, and feel like Mike, Rob, Peter, and others behind the scenes (the two friendly ladies at the rental counter were AWESOME to!), are there to make the experience easier. More

Although the dealership was closed that Sunday, Mike immediately began responding to my texted questions. We made a deal that Monday!! AND, he arranged for the Runner to be DELIVERED by 2 really sweet older gentlemen. This girl is Happy!! More
