Mike helped us make an amazing decision by purchasing a 2023 Toyota Camry off the showroom floor. He also guided us and helped us save to a 2% interest if we financed through the dealership. I had the worst buying experience with Beaver Toyota. I am an out-of-state buyer and purchased a Toyota Certified Pre-owed that had several issues when I received it. The brakes had to be replaced within I am an out-of-state buyer and purchased a Toyota Certified Pre-owed that had several issues when I received it. The brakes had to be replaced within the first week to extreme shaking while braking, the XM radio did not work, and the center console latch was broken. All-in-all, it cost me ~$500 to get the repairs completed. I attempted to email the GM of Beaver “Nick” but no response. I emailed Bo in Finance, same, no response. Lastly, the sales guy, Mike, that worked with ghosted me once I signed the documents. Don’t buy from Beaver, terrible customer service. More

Tyler along with his associate Mike Elkin did a great job in making us feel at home. They worked hard to make the deal a win win and did not waste our time when it came time to close and except delivery. in making us feel at home. Horrible customer service at Beaver Toyota. Unfortunately I am not able to post in-depth of what I want to say here due to the limited character count, but will post a summary. They have unacce Unfortunately I am not able to post in-depth of what I want to say here due to the limited character count, but will post a summary. They have unacceptable treatment and lack of responsibility of a dealer towards customers. We were looking for a Toyota 4Runner in the TRD Off Road premium in Lunar Rock color. Inquired one was in transit to Beaver Toyota. They had a market price up for it at 60k out the door. Insane. We said no, but they were wanting our buy so called us back to work a deal. We went to them to finalize the contract and they informed no deposit needed, but all contract, tag, and registration was done and requested that they needed us to wire them the money agreed on for the car by next day to secure the funds. So we did. While signing contract sales rep, Mike, asked if we wanted pinstripping on the car when it arrives (roughly 9days out) We said NO! He made those indications on the contract and wrote it down. When the 4Runner arrived Mike sent us a picture and the car had pinstripping on it, when we clearly stated no! Mike indicated they can simply just peel it off and everything will be the same. Lies, to remove pinstripping is not merely that simple. We get to the dealer, which is 2.5 hours from us, and inspect the car. My husband notices a paint defect and points it out. Mike, owners son Christian, detail/body work guy, and sales manager Ben, takes a look and tires to rub it out. Seriously? Mike suggests they can just wet sand it out and everything will be good. Christian indicates they make a claim to Toyota and have that section repainted. Mike indicates if we want to make the claim they can give us a rental so we can use while the 4Runner is getting body work done. Not 15-20 minutes after being told that, we were then told by sales manage, Ben, that there is no rental anymore as they are closed (it was 7:30pm on a Thursday). Provided us some options that was not convenient at all. With too many red flags we just said forget it. We dropped the deal and asked for them to wire our money back to the bank and remove us from the registration on the vehicle. Ben got all info to do the wire and even called my husband on Friday they completed the wire and everything was sent back. Come Monday, check with our bank and no wire was even sent. Mike then texts my husband if we can still work a deal to be interested in the 4Runner again. We said no, just need our money back and info removed from the car. General sales manager Gabriel Sailing calls my husband and left a voicemail with no details and just his information to call back. We called back about 30min after and no response, left message with someone at front desk to have Gabriel call us back. Few hours pass by no call back so we call Gabriel again. He tells us that they can not wire the money back and had to cut a check and over night it to our bank. We asked why was this only told to us now, 4 days later, and even received confirmation on Friday from Ben, that they sent the wire already?! Gabriel does not apologize for any miscommunication, but continuously sounds irritated and repeats that he tried to call us to tell us earlier but we did not pick up. So then why didn’t you pick up when we called you back or even attempt to call us back when a message was left? Gabriel indicates he was not involved in the sales and only got to it on Monday when he called, that is a lie, because he texted my husband on Thursday when we came to look at the 4Runner. It’s a Tuesday now, and we are still waiting to see if our money was mailed out to the bank yet. If there is nothing received by today or latest tomorrow (Wed) there will be some legal actions taken on the whole team of Beaver Toyota and the dealer. This is unacceptable customers service and not once have we even received a response of acknowledging their faults in what they did or apology. Great job. P.S. General Manager or owners, you better ensure this is taken care of. More
