Bonneville stands behind their customers Ordered a new RAM 1500 on March 6th, then the factory closed down for Coronavirus. Got a VIN number and RAM confirmed the order. The truck was finall Ordered a new RAM 1500 on March 6th, then the factory closed down for Coronavirus. Got a VIN number and RAM confirmed the order. The truck was finally built in June. When it arrived at Bonneville we found out the price was almost $3000.00 higher than in March when the order was placed. Why? Because RAM said the March incentives had expired and couldn’t be applied. Bonneville argued with RAM but were turned down, That’s when our sales guy Mike Raymond and Bonneville stepped up to the plate and delivered. This was now a nightmare deal for Mike and Bonneville yet they stood by the original agreement, they put the customer ahead of profit. In my opinion not many car dealers would do that. Most probably would have said RAM tied our hands, nothing we can do. The honesty and integrity of Mike and Bonneville is really impressive. They developed a customer for life. Even if you don’t live close to Bonneville and Son, in Manchester, N.H. if you want a Ram or Jeep give Mike a call. We don’t think you could be disappointed in dealing with them. More
