Upon my recent visit to Bmw of Ft Washington for inspection and my yearly winter tire application, it turned out my car didn’t pass. The service department was quick to send me a video with a detail inspection and my yearly winter tire application, it turned out my car didn’t pass. The service department was quick to send me a video with a detailed explanation and cost. . The necessary parts were ordered and my car repaired quickly and kept an open line of communication with updates of repair status and completion date. I’d like to give a quick shout out to service department. Rich Lanci always top notch. Ryan, Frank and Melany. A special thanks to Amie for taking care of the logistics and communication. She always goes the extra mile to help and is ever so kind . Also the awesome Bennie for being an all around knowledgeable helpful employee and the fabric of the company. Many thanks to all.
