I have just purchased not one but two Porsche Cayenne at Capital Euro Cars. I have always loved the Porsche Cayenne S but the old interiors were still not quite what I wanted. A few weeks back I had just pu Capital Euro Cars. I have always loved the Porsche Cayenne S but the old interiors were still not quite what I wanted. A few weeks back I had just purchased a brand new Audi Q8 for myself and, an Audi Q5 for my wife. They are by all means fantastic cars however, my Audi lacked the sporty feel I was looking for. When I walked in to the Porsche dealership, my intentions were to simply check out the new Cayenee S. I really had no intention to buy, at least not at that time. A very nice lady from the Volvo section met me at the door. I believe her name is Lorraine Head. She then introduced me to Mr. Michael Felton who is a Porsche Certified Brand Ambassador. I believe it is the highest certification ranking within Porsche that you can get. Michael turned out to be just what I needed at the time. Not a just a salesman but a knowledgeable advisor who first listened to my particular needs. Never a pressure sale, he understood my position and expectations from the very beginning. My first wish was to look at the interiors of the new Cayenne S. They had at the time a Cayenne that had what I was looking for. White Metallic exterior, black interiors. Loaded with extras. When I got in, to my surprise, the small chrome bars that were all over the place on the older models, were all gone! This was replaced by a much cleaner, uncluttered center console which is just what was hoping for. Everything else about the interior was just perfect. The best part however was when Michael asked me to take the car for a test drive. This amazing car comes with the Sport Chrono Package. I dialed to the Sport Plus mark and the feel was like anything I have ever experienced driving before. It was like driving a race car. I was very impressed with all aspects of the car. Michael answered all my questions and, explained all the complexities of the car, His deep knowledge and experience was clear and a requirement when dealing with high end sports cars like Porsche. After driving this amazing car, it was not going to take much to make the sale however Michael calmly made it all happen. I drove home in my new Cayenne S, in Sport Plus mode all the way. What a feeling. I was so impressed with Michaels Felton's professionalism and the car that I took my wife the following week to check them out. My wife was having a difficult time adapting to her new Audi Q5 after driving a 8 cylinder BMW for ten years. She also found exactly what she was looking for and again with Michaels help and advise, my wife drove home in her new Cayenne. After the sale Michael stayed in contact to make sure all was going well. He even made a couple of trips to my home for a few final details. Thank you Capital Euro Cars.
