Used vehicle was not cleaned interior had animal hair and dirt / oil build up in the buttons. Exterior also not cleaned noticed scratches on the vehicle hood, trunk and driver side door the next morning as w dirt / oil build up in the buttons. Exterior also not cleaned noticed scratches on the vehicle hood, trunk and driver side door the next morning as well as the dirt in the rims. The dealer said he was taking it to get cleaned while paperwork was being signed it looks like water was just splashed on it. I didn’t notice these things before I bought the vehicle because the car is midnight black and it was already night time outside on the coldest day of this year. If I did l world have just gotten the 2023 model since the final price ended up being the same with the Toyota care added. All and all the vehicle itself runs as expected would buy again maybe just not used More
