We dropped our car off for service and thought we could grab it at 5pm. As a new mom my brain obviously wasn’t working right and we learned service closes at 1 on Saturdays. Chris went way above and beyond and not only helped us retrieve our vehicle after hours, but also he contacted the GM who helped us too. They were incredibly gracious and kind. Thank you both!!! Andrew Rossi our Sales Consultant greeted us warmly as we looked at cars in the showroom. He carefully explained all the features of the new car we bought. I purchased my vehicle months ago and every once in a while I will run into Andrea at Stop and Shop. I was surprised that she still remembered little details from our conversation the day I bought my car especially since it was months after. My last car that I purchased was from a different dealership and I struggled to get ahold of the salesman and he was extremely unhelpful, I can't even imagine what the situation would be like if I ran into him in public. Now I will be writing a thorough review about my experience at this dealership. When you first walk in, it is a very calming and relaxed atmosphere, the dealership itself is very clean and organized and there is no craziness going on. Everyone is friendly and professional. Throughout our car buying experience, Andrea was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She made the whole process very easy and seamless. She helped explain every single function in and outside of the car which was amazing because I was driving an older vehicle that had nothing for technology. It was a big upgrade for me with the modern technology and she was very patient and in depth, something she followed up on at Stop and Shop was if I had any questions about the car. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable with all the features and that I was still happy with the car and I absolutely am. She clearly cares about her customers and wants the best for them. While we were there we worked with Mike who was very kind, patient and helpful as well. He explained our options to us and we never once felt pressure or rushed to buy anything that day and we really appreciated that. To conclude this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I will be back to buy another car when I am ready. They're great people who work hard to make sure everything is right, I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
