Josh Jancha, Nik Rair and the entire service team always do a terrific job servicing my Lexus RX450h. Kudos to the whole team at Lexus of Akron-Canton. Would not go ANYWHERE else to service my Lexus. Was a busy Saturday and came in without an appointment. Even so, my vehicle was serviced quickly and efficiently. Pro tip: Try the coffee, its is WAY better than Starbucks. Cheers! More

They treated us fairly for our trade-ins, and took us through the process step by step.
