If I could rate higher then a 10 I would definitely give them much more. I have 94,000 miles on my vehicle and I still get top rate service from Biggers Mitsubishi in Elgin Illinois. I have purchased 5 Mitsubishi’s and the biggest reason why I keep buying Mitsubishi’s is because of the service I get. This service department goes the extra mile to assure my happiness. I moved to Ocala Florida and I drive up to Illinois to visit my children. I bring the car in to get a good inspection to make sure my car is in good shape for the long trip. When I brought the car in they gave me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to sit and wait. They text me when they found some issues and get permission to move forward in the repairs which were completed by the end odf the day. They called me and said the car was ready. I was out with the family and asked if would be ok if I could bring the loaner back the next morning. They said no problem come when you can. Now that’s what I mean by going the extra mile. That to me makes my decision to buy another Mitsubishi. Special thanks to Keith who is in my opinion the best. Also a big thank you to Mike, Jose and Jeff.
