Our Janesville contact with Gordie Boucher Ford, Don Cheesbro, was very helpful in connecting us with Gordie Boucher Nissan in Greenfield, Wisconsin. We were looking for a 2024 Nissan Murano Platinum. Don put us in touch with Mike Hanson, who was awaiting our arrival. We also had the pleasure of having Danny Harris assist us in selecting the Murano that was right for us and explaining our financing options. The wife and I had done our homework. We knew what we wanted and had narrowed it down to a couple of colors. We contacted Mathew Longtine, told him what we were looking for. He had the car washed, full of gas, and sitting out front of the dealership. We took it for a test drive, went in and he had the offer for our car already for us to look at. It was a very fair offer-higher than what I had thought would be offered-but what I was hoping would be offered. Because we had forgotten to bring something, we could not finalize the deal that day. I signed the sheet saying that this was the price we would pay. We went home and the next day-Mathew's day off-he agreed to come in and go through the final paperwork with us. Mathew was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We wrote the check, gave him the keys to our old car. The 3 of us went out to the new car. The wife and I got in, and Mathew proceeded to go through all the buttons, bells, and whistles that the car was equipped with. He asked if we had an questions. He also stated that if we had questions in the future, to please do not hesitate to call him. He was available if he was needed. Again thank you Mathew Longtine. The next time we need a car, we will DEFINITELY come to see you. More

From the time I arrived at the dealership I was treated with respect to what my needs were. There was no wasting my time trying to sell me something rather than what my needs and wants were. Lisa Faucher was very knowledgeable about my Pathfinder. She took the time to explain the options to me making sure I understood everything she was explaining. She contacted me a couple of times after the sale seeing if there was anything else she could help me with. There was and she took the time to explain it to me again this time I understood what she was telling me. Leah Obermeier in finance took her time explaining to me what I was signing making sure I understood everything. Mike Hanson made sure the deal went through and that I was happy with the deal.
