Pleasurable buying experience I went to the dealership knowing exactly the car I wanted to purchase. I sat down with the sales representative and the sales manager, told them what I went to the dealership knowing exactly the car I wanted to purchase. I sat down with the sales representative and the sales manager, told them what I wanted and cut a deal quickly at a fair price. They didn't play the usual back and forth car buying games I've experienced at other dealerships. The contract was ready within 30 minutes and the car was prepped for delivery within 2 hours. He called me and had the car that i was looking for. I was so impressed by his exceptional service and professionalism that i became loyal to this dealership for ever from my previous one where i bought cars for more than 10 years, After my first buy Joseph has been my sales contact, he is very easy to work with, no pressure selling and is always pleasant and more than helpful in the buying process. Every friend i referred to him have become his fan and will drive any distance to buy from Joseph and Benzel Bush. He is very prompt and no matter what, always gets backs ASAP even when he is off.
