I feel as though I was scammed, I was told $2100 less than the sticker on the car, and in the end only had $500 taken off the car. The way they went about the sale was very disrespectful. I do not recomm than the sticker on the car, and in the end only had $500 taken off the car. The way they went about the sale was very disrespectful. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone ! Will not be coming back ! More

Sales and Finance staff very nice. Assisted my in locating the car I selected. Explained the condition of the car (loaner) and politely covered extended warranty options. We sought out the sales REP we used before and he came through with vehicle options to help me make a selection. Salesman did everything he promised and made us comfortable with the deal. Sales associate walked away from my husband saying he had an appointment to see on Wednesday. My husband waited 30 minutes for his return which didn't happen. The next day we both came in for appointment but an appointment to see on Wednesday. My husband waited 30 minutes for his return which didn't happen. The next day we both came in for appointment but there were long delays due to lack of staff ( covid related). We were there 4 hrs and we're very hungry when we finalized the sale. Because Michael actually did the lion's share of the work on day two for the sale, explanation,fordpass download etc, I felt it wasn't fair that he had to share the commission with Alex. Overall speed and efficiency need to improve. More
