Once more I am disappointed with this place . I bought a car and have had it for Almost two years and it tells me i have a tire mobility kit. Well yesterday I had a flat and went to get my tire mobility kit car and have had it for Almost two years and it tells me i have a tire mobility kit. Well yesterday I had a flat and went to get my tire mobility kit from the trunk .There is not one.in there ? No jack no lug wrenches no compressor and no bottle of repair fluid . You would think that they would check to make sure you have this in the car before you turn it over to the customer I would not send any one to this dealership to buy a car or truck . And there service department does not do a complete service on your car when you take it in . twice had to complain about things they did not do on my service .That is listed as a safety checks Out of three visits I have had three disappointments More

Purchased a SUV from there and was told the chipped/cracked windshield and bald tires would be "handled" I've had the vehicle for almost a month now and have not received one call back from them regarding my windshield or my tires. I guess they will tell you anything to sell you a car and not actually follow through with it. If you purchase a car from here and they tell you they are going to do something please take my advice and get it in writing because I'm still waiting to have my windshield and tires "handled". Terrible experience More
