I initially contacted Michael John through the Internet and he was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire buying process. Michael was courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable about cars, especially Fords. He was a man of his word and he assisted me with all of my requests and concerns. Car salesmen tend to have a bad reputation for dishonesty, but this couldn't have been further from reality when working with Michael. I thought (and was told) that I would be dealt with as if I was an easy mark because I am a single woman buying my car -- how refreshing it was to have Michael helping me through the process. I will definitely return to OMeara when it is time for another vehicle (especially if Michael is among their staff) and I will recommend Michael and this dealership to family and friends. More
