Great Experience for Buying a Van I was in the Market for a Small Cargo van the last month or so. I visited many online websites and pursued a few options. Michael John Contacted 5 min I was in the Market for a Small Cargo van the last month or so. I visited many online websites and pursued a few options. Michael John Contacted 5 minutes after putting in a request for more information on a vehicle and was personable, knowledgeable, and eager to answer my questions. Fast Forward 1 week later and Kaid was my salesperson. Kaid was fantastic. After a few hours of seeing the car, negotiating, etc... I feel like I got a fair deal on the vehicle much to the grudging agreement of the sales manager :-) Honestly, An enjoyable time and very professional workstaff, I appreciate Everyone and Anyone who helped out, Michael, Kaid, Freddie, and Luis (service tech). I initially contacted Michael John through the Internet and he was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire buying process. Michael was courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable about cars, especially Fords. He was a man of his word and he assisted me with all of my requests and concerns. Car salesmen tend to have a bad reputation for dishonesty, but this couldn't have been further from reality when working with Michael. I thought (and was told) that I would be dealt with as if I was an easy mark because I am a single woman buying my car -- how refreshing it was to have Michael helping me through the process. I will definitely return to OMeara when it is time for another vehicle (especially if Michael is among their staff) and I will recommend Michael and this dealership to family and friends. More

I contacted the dealership via the internet and Michael john contacted me very quickly which surprised me since other dealers either did not contact me or sent spam.
