Fantastic service! Michael took great care of me and the entire process felt very transparent. I felt the items recommended were needed and I never felt as if I was being upsold. I waited in the showroom and was blown away with the amenities and options of snacks and drinks. Friendly staff and I was checked on a few times by different people. Even my salesman, David Windholz, stopped by and checked on me. I don't like servicing my car but I'm looking forward to my next visit! More

This was the worst buying experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. I bought a CPO car with cash from out of state. I was not able to test drive the vehicle and it’s clear that they took advantage of purchasing a car. I bought a CPO car with cash from out of state. I was not able to test drive the vehicle and it’s clear that they took advantage of that. The auto start stop feature has not worked since I received the car. The dealer scheduled a visit with a local mechanics shop and all they did was change a battery and called it good... it’s clear when you drive the vehicle it never uses the auto start stop feature. After that they had a driver come pick it up and take it to their dealer where they said the battery needed reset and that it worked. Well I just received the vehicle and drove it and still it does not work. How did this even pass the CPO process to begin with and how can you say the car is fixed when it’s clearly not. I find it hard to believe on the two test drives they did it worked but the couple hundred miles I drove it does not. The people are friendly when you speak to them but the quality assurance is terrible. I will never buy another vehicle here and likely never buy another CPO Volvo from any Volvo dealer. More

This service was for purchase of new tires on the XC90. Brian brought it to my attention a month ago so I brought it back after I discovered flat due to large embedded screw this week. Marcus Wise , Michael and Brian at the Service department are awesome professionals. Mr. Wise especially explaining all service which makes customer decisions easier and manageable. Marcus takes his time to explain and clarify any questions. For long waiting services he offers a loaner vehicle which helps me to be productive in my day. I really appreciate Marcus Wise professionalism. Marcus is the best service agent I've net yet. I've been to Volvo of Marietta near Dobbins Air Base and Volvo MOG...and this service, general atmosphere, waiting area and snacks / coffee is definitely better. Thank you Team. More
