Upon arrival, the dealership was very clean and inviting. Greeted at the door and soon our salesperson (Michael) joined us. Showed us the vehicle we came to see and it was in great shape. Friendly and helpful. Michael Klein was obliging but not pushy. I actually went to the dealership for help in retrieving my fob that had fallen in between my front armre Michael Klein was obliging but not pushy. I actually went to the dealership for help in retrieving my fob that had fallen in between my front armrest and front seat. Two employees quickly found my fob. I had waited in the guest waiting room, saw Mike and engaged in conversation. I asked about the possibility of buying out my lease. He was so very nice and helpful, I decided to purchase my car. He was extremely helpful in getting all the paperwork done guiding me through the process. He made sure I understood what was involved. I also appreciated the complimentary car wash. N B.
