I had waited in the guest waiting room, saw Mike and engaged in conversation. I asked about the possibility of buying out my lease. He was so very nice and helpful, I decided to purchase my car. He was extremely helpful in getting all the paperwork done guiding me through the process. He made sure I understood what was involved. I also appreciated the complimentary car wash. N B. During the waiting period I had a brand new Loaner Car so I was never without transportation and they always kept me up to date on the progress of my service and repair. Michael was knowleadgeable, friendly, and professional. He was ready at our agreed upon time and had the exact vehicle that I had called about, ready to drive. He was honest and forthwith. He never made me feel inferior and never talked down to me. Once a price was agreed to, financing and final document signing was fairly quick, especially compared to other luxury car dealers. The car was topped off, and I got a great tutorial from Dylan, one of there great Tech guys. The dealership, beverage area, and restrooms were immaculate. Although an oxymoron, buying a car from Michael and Treasure Coast was great! More
