Upon arrival, the dealership was very clean and inviting. Greeted at the door and soon our salesperson (Michael) joined us. Showed us the vehicle we came to see and it was in great shape. I had waited in the guest waiting room, saw Mike and engaged in conversation. I asked about the possibility of buying out my lease. He was so very nice and helpful, I decided to purchase my car. He was extremely helpful in getting all the paperwork done guiding me through the process. He made sure I understood what was involved. I also appreciated the complimentary car wash. N B. Treasure Coast Lexus stands for Customer Service. They go Above & Beyond when it comes to servicing their customers during and after the sale. They constantly kept me informed during the progress o They go Above & Beyond when it comes to servicing their customers during and after the sale. They constantly kept me informed during the progress of my vehicle in their shop. There were several times they had to inform me that there was a slight delay waiting for parts to come in. During the waiting period I had a brand new Loaner Car so I was never without transportation and they always kept me up to date on the progress of my service and repair. I owned several Audi’s before and I continued to see their service after the sale diminish. More
