Excellent service Gateway notified me of all recalls on my Silverado and timely scheduled and performed all inspections professionally. Alignment When stopping in for an oil change last week I received a complimentary alignment check which showed I needed an alignment. Parts were ordered and When stopping in for an oil change last week I received a complimentary alignment check which showed I needed an alignment. Parts were ordered and a appointment was made. When I drove into the garage I was instantly greeted in a friendly manner by several Gateway employees. My service advisor took care of all the necessary paper-work and offered a courtesy ride. As always, any repair that I have received at Gateway was done in a very professional manner, the car was ready when promised, and I was told "Thank You!". More

Door handle replaced, seat buckle redirected. Had the cracked door handle replaced on my 2016 Traverse. Looks great again.
