Excellent customer experience. I submitted my interest in a Kia vehicle on the website and within an hour was contacted by the Sales team who answered all of my questions. This is the first time we have dealt with Coastal Kia, and if we decide to purchase another Kia in the future, we would definitely come back to them again. I called and emailed a handful of other Kia deal and if we decide to purchase another Kia in the future, we would definitely come back to them again. I called and emailed a handful of other Kia dealerships in the area and had no communication from anyone at those dealerships. I emailed Jason Stone on a Sunday, figuring he wouldn't contact me until the next day because they were closed, but within 3 minutes, I got an email back from him. What a big difference from the previous Kia dealerships that I contacted. Coastal Kia was will ing to negotiate a price on a 2021 Kia Sorento and we ended up making a deal that Monday. If you are interested in a Kia, we highly recommend giving them a shot. No pushy salespeople....very knowledgeable.....very professional.....great personalities.... you're welcome in advance! More
