Absolutely wonderful. They were very kind to help us at no cost when our Subaru dealership in Gainesville, FL, had left the oil plug loose when we had it serviced on August 4. Also our Gville dealer did n no cost when our Subaru dealership in Gainesville, FL, had left the oil plug loose when we had it serviced on August 4. Also our Gville dealer did not give us a new windshield sticker. Jacksonville fixed everything at no charge even though it was our dealership in Gville that created the whole problem.
