When we had a fast leak in our rear tire driving from New Jersey down to Florida, Jacksonville Subaru took us in right away, diagnosed the nail in the sidewall of the tire, put two new back tires on lickety- Jersey down to Florida, Jacksonville Subaru took us in right away, diagnosed the nail in the sidewall of the tire, put two new back tires on lickety-split, and got us on our way in an hour and 15 minutes. You guys rock! More

My first Subaru Outback was a fairly plain Jane 2014. It was time to get a newer one. All of the experiences I have had at Subaru of Jacksonville have been favorable, so I understandably went back.Brand It was time to get a newer one. All of the experiences I have had at Subaru of Jacksonville have been favorable, so I understandably went back.Brand new ones were not available but Ray Powdrell found a 2020 Outback with pretty good mileage. He was efficient, a true Southern gentleman, very knowledgeable and experienced—no hard sale or pressure. It was a pleasant, safe experience. He didn’t fluff me odd as old, but answered all my questions very well. There was a bit of service issues needed, mainly that the newer one had lots of features that I needed help learning how to use. Ray guided me to the service tech, Mike McClennon, who was amazing.he spent an inordinate amount of time tutoring me, being patient as I took notes on his lessons, and extremely patient and courteous. I am happy now with a new-to-me 2020 Outback that I am enjoying and still learning how to work. I know when I have a need or questions, all of the Subaru of Jacksonville will come to my aid. More
