Michael joined the Jim Ellis family in 2009 after moving to Atlanta from a small town in South Georgia. Since childhood, Michael has had a passion for everything automotive. He first joined our Porsche team in 2009 and enjoyed being a part of Porsche’s expansion. He feels privileged to be a part of the Jim Ellis Automotive Family, and is very excited to be a part of our Volkswagen team. He embraces the fact that the Ellis organization encourages employees to always put the customer’s needs first and treat each person as we would want to be treated, especially when making a large purchase. When Michael is not at the dealership, he enjoys hiking and dirt biking.

The dealership was excellent. The paper work for purchase was a bit slow to get started as they were busy the day I purchased the car. Originally I had Porsche Atlanta with a 5 star rating, but the lack of follow up since my purchase has been underwhelming. Time spent at the dealership between the time of purchase and signing the paperwo but the lack of follow up since my purchase has been underwhelming. Time spent at the dealership between the time of purchase and signing the paperwork was excessive (almost 4 hours), but the team did a good job of keeping me informed and apologized for the delay. Due to how late it was before the car was delivered. The car was not cleaned as well as it should have been and the onboarding process was cut short. Currently I am waiting on a couple of follow up items, but it appears as if I will need to make the calls myself as my sales rep did not follow up as he said he would on Monday. More
