Almost a month ago, I leased a BRAND new 2021 S5, the car I have always wanted. The second I drove it off the lot, the engine malfunctioned and it has been in the shop ever since. I have been through 2 d I have always wanted. The second I drove it off the lot, the engine malfunctioned and it has been in the shop ever since. I have been through 2 different service advisors, talked to countless managers, and the dealership has yet to fix the problem. I keep getting told they are doing every thing they can. However, it feels that the dealership has no idea what they're doing in repairing their OWN CAR. Its been trial and error since I have taken it in. On top of all this, the dealership has yet to off me any compensation for this massive inconvenience. They act like this is very common. you would think a luxury car dealership would hold themselves to a higher standard. Really? nothing? not even an apology. The communication at this dealership is terrible, and its basically impossible to get in touch with anyone at this point now that they know I'm pissed off. All I get are very brief, confusing, and infuriating texts that essentially exhibit their incompetence in repairing the car. At this point, I really don't think they know what's wrong with it, nor are they even close. I had an A4 and would bring it here for maintenance. The service then was subpar as well. I guess its my fault for trusting these people with the most expensive purchase I have ever made. Dont lease here. Dont buy here. Dont bring your car for repairs. GO TO SEWEL and stay away from this trash establishment. More
