Recently purchased a used Expedition from Lake Ford and salesman Michael Myers. Michael was extremely courteous, friendly, and easy to work with through the entire process. I had a mechanic friend of mine inspect the vehicle a few days after purchase and it checked out fine, with the exception of some wear on the front brakes and sidewall cracking on a couple of the tires. Michael had me bring the vehicle back in the very next day and both he and the service manager stepped up and corrected both issues at their expense. Michael kept me well informed throughout this process as well. They turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. I walked away as a completely satisfied customer.
