I bought a vehicle here in early 2025. I purchased a third-party extended warranty from them. I recently sold the vehicle and contacted Anthony to cancel my warranty for a refund of the re I purchased a third-party extended warranty from them. I recently sold the vehicle and contacted Anthony to cancel my warranty for a refund of the remaining balance for the unused warranty (you must go through the dealership to cancel). He emailed me the document and I returned it to him the same day. I have now sent 4 follow up emails (one each week for the past four weeks) and left him an additional voicemail message. He has yet to respond to any of my messages, and each day that goes by that my request is not submitted, my refund amount gets reduced. His customer service is less than stellar. Lake Ford Mke gets my 5 stars. I understand how it works but when you work with Cargurus and their offer or rate for my car (that is paid off) is a certain dollar amount. DON'T come out with an insulting offer. I told them what Cargurus was suggesting and what was offered was a SLAP in the face. VERY VERY disappointed with that. And walked out the door with what Cargurus was offering. Why be insulting!!!!!!!!!! More

Lake Ford was very great to work with. I did experience some confusing things related to the existing Blue certification and the related extended Gold warranty. But Michael was very great I did experience some confusing things related to the existing Blue certification and the related extended Gold warranty. But Michael was very great at answering my questions offline during the evenings and he was very good to work with on getting a new set of tires swapped out with the existing new set of tires as I was purchasing from out of State. Treavor was great at picking me up at the train station and being able to assist me with all my questions during the vehicle walk through session and he was very good at helping me get set up and connected to the Ford App and my Ford Account. Christian was great to work with as well and helped me get the extended Warranty issues and questions resolved during the final financial walk through. Even though the Lake ford team initially installed the new tires incorrectly & Backwards on the Rims, they did quickly fix and resolve the issue. Thanks for Al you did to help me with my used Truck purchase. More
