We found Cityside Subaru efficient, polite, and a pleasure to work with. Salesman Marco De Leon did a great job of directing us to the model we really wanted. The only problem with the dealership wa pleasure to work with. Salesman Marco De Leon did a great job of directing us to the model we really wanted. The only problem with the dealership was the cramped space due to not quite complete garage construction. As to the Crosstrek we purchased, we're delighted. I do object to the bundling of essentially all safety features with unnecessary frills like a moon-roof. More

I was very pleased with my CitySide Subaru experience. It was important for me to have a salesperson who would listen carefully to what I was looking for in a car. Mike DiFrancisco was exactly that person It was important for me to have a salesperson who would listen carefully to what I was looking for in a car. Mike DiFrancisco was exactly that person. I walked away knowing that he fully understood and would make a good suggestion. I trusted him. We took the car for a test drive, he answered all my questions, pointed out the features, and I was ready to sign on a dotted line. From that point on, the process continued very smoothly. We agreed on a price, did the paperwork, and I was sent to see the "financial guy" (what was I going to be facing there?). Mike Nelson provided me with all the details of warranties and specials. He was very professional and straight forward. He was patient with me, handling all my questions. I felt very much at ease speaking with him. Everything else went on schedule, and within a week, I had my new Forester. I enjoy driving it. Thank you to everyone who made the experience so positive. Paul Loscocco More
