Never pushy, always happy to provide exactly what I needed all the way up until the final purchase of my used WRX! One of the guys even gave me a few spare parts for the car because he used to own one. Top notch place to buy a new car if you're looking for a respectful experience, where the dealers will work with you on getting a great price. Managers were kind and didn't strike me as sleezy car guys, which I've encountered during this process. The guy who did my financing was also very good in explaining my options for in house/external financing. Been to about 15 locations while researching my purchase; would definitely recommend starting here for your research and test driving if you want a crew that won't push you too hard. You'll want to follow up there to buy it afterwards, but you won't need me to tell you that. More

The overall experience had been fantastic, not in the least thanks to the great lengths that the dealership was willing to go to help me servicing my modified WRX in all kinds of comprehensive ways, never saying a word about the fact that the car was a pretty far cry from stock, which theoretically invalidates your warranty. That 3-year experience left little doubt in my mind that Cityside is the place to go for my next purchase, which ended up being a 2016 BRZ Premium. This time around, I got a great deal on a phenomenal car, including substantial discounts on servicing, prolonged comprehensive warranty, and some nice extras such as the rear spoiler, not to mention great financing conditions - an awesome start to yet another adventure with Subaru. I cannot recommend Cityside Subaru enough, a place where high professional standards meet friendliness and genuine passion for the special kind of a car they offer. I got great new Forester at a fair price at this relaxed and friendly dealership without having to fend off a "hard sell" approach as I have in the past. Junior is friendly, and he was happy to assist me at my own pace to find the right car for me. He's knowledgable, responsive, and respectful of his customers. They were both incredibly helpful through the process and not pushy at all (likely because Subarus basically sell themselves...this is my 3rd one). Initially we were mostly looking at used Foresters they had in stock (we also were hoping for used Crosstreks but they don't stay in stock very long!). But we ended up going with a new Crosstrek because we just loved the 2016 model so much more and it was in the same price range as most of the used Foresters we looked at. Pete was really great about arranging test drives for us and helping us navigate through all the different option packages (which can be really overwhelming, especially if you're not used to driving cars made after 2004 like me). I've also had my old outback serviced here a couple of times and my positive experiences on that end made me feel like getting a maintenance package for my new car through them a no-brainer. All in all really happy we went through cityside. I had to knock just one star off for quality of work because we were a bit rushed on picking up the car and when they gave it to us after the inspection they got dirt from the shop all over the floor mats...not fun to have to go home and vacuum a new car after you take it off the lot, but again, that had to do more with them trying to beat the clock to get us out of there so i didn't miss a meeting and i'm sure it was just an oversight on their end. More

When I went in, they stuck right to the deal we made with no attempts to change and no hidden markups. I came with online valuation sheets for my trade-in and they matched one. My car was a factory order with a very particular option bundle and they handled everything smoothly and the car arrived slightly ahead of schedule. When my car arrived, they arranged for financing with a better rate than my own credit union. They also took care of the RMV work right on site at the dealership. Everyone was friendly and laid back. I'm already in my new car and, for the first time ever, the whole process was a breeze. More
