Very easy, no pressure purchase I knew the exact car I wanted, but it took me a long time (months) to decide to actually buy it. During this time Darren would e-mail me now and agai I knew the exact car I wanted, but it took me a long time (months) to decide to actually buy it. During this time Darren would e-mail me now and again, just to keep in touch; no pressure. When I finally came to the dealership, Darren was easy going and easy to work with. The entire transaction happened very quickly and smoothly. He was also very quick to respond to e-mails when I had questions. The business manager, Brian Nelson, was equally pleasant to deal with. I recommend Darren and Cityside Subaru without hesitation and am glad I made the switch from my previous dealership. More

Finally, when we decided to purchase the vehicle, the purchase and sale process was the smoothest that I have had so far. Flavio was very transparent and upfront regarding the pricing as well, and made it a stress free experience for us.
