Recommended, with caveats It is difficult for me to consider recommending ANY car dealership, as I would much rather go into a buying experience with all of the information - d It is difficult for me to consider recommending ANY car dealership, as I would much rather go into a buying experience with all of the information - different options for price, monthly payment, down payment, trade-in value, maintenance fees - presented to me on paper from the start, allowing me to figure out what I am comfortable with away from the influence of a salesperson (except for their availability to answer questions). That said, Junior and Cityside provided polite, clear service, responding to what I requested as I asked (I told Junior I needed some time to think as well all of the options outlined and he provided both). I did feel a little bit rushed, and hadn't realized the added cost of regular scheduled maintenance on a lease when I signed a purchase agreement. However I get the sense that such things are common to all car dealers, and I would recommend Cityside as providing the best experience possible within that paradigm. More

My husband is still driving a 12 year old Subaru that he got at Cityside, and he loves it. So I decided to give it a try. My experience was absolutely great. I worked mostly with Dan Rzepnicki, who was very knowledgable and thorough. He really knew the cars and listened to what I said about my preferences. He let me test drive them by myself, which I appreciated. His manner was low key but very engaged; I never felt pushed or pressured in the least. Dan was very professional, friendly but not overly familiar, informative, and helpful. I felt that I was in very good hands; I trusted him and bought a car a few days later. I could not be happier.
