I worked with Flavio Fonseca in sales, and I cannot praise his work well enough. Through every step of the way, Flavio was both attentive and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. He is a natural with a wonderful interpersonal style well-suited to his line of work. And I assure you, this is a rare quality. The purchasing process is daunting, often times with the customer and sales person assuming cagey stances, which causes that dynamic to turn adversarial. With Flavio, this was hardly the case, and his transparency about terms and dealer fees were a breath of fresh air. More

I had nothing to worry about at Cityside Subaru, as I was able to do everything in advance over email with Rob, and have the exact color and options I had researched online for my new Forester. I had shopped around and he was able to get me the best price. When I went to pick up my car, all I had to do is fill out paperwork with Michael which was painless and I have to say almost fun. He explained everything clearly and it was a quick process. Flavio Fonseca was wonderful, communicating through the whole process and explaining all the features of my new Forester. I was so excited about getting the car and Flavio took pictures of me with my car--I feel he was almost as excited as I was to get me in my perfect car. I expect my Forester to last many years with service from Cityside! More
