Great Used Car Purchase Experience Working with Junior was a pleasure. He stuck with us as we vacillated, first between new vs. used, and then later over the advantages/disadvantages of Working with Junior was a pleasure. All of which was complicated by the special criteria related to the comfort of our older, large breed dog. He never pressured. He always asked what more he could be doing. In the negotiation phase, he stepped up and got us a great price. Then he went the extra mile to have some repairs taken care of. He even returned to the dealership after his shift had ended to walk me through the final delivery of the vehicle. Everyone at Citywide Subaru was friendly, professional, and helpful. I'm looking forward to bringing our "new" 2012 Outback to them for service in the years to come. More

Great experience buying Alex Stepanov provided a great no-pressure experience buying. We weren't even planning to buy the day we went to Cityside, just to look at the cars an Alex Stepanov provided a great no-pressure experience buying. We weren't even planning to buy the day we went to Cityside, just to look at the cars and consider our options. My old Subaru Impreza Outback Sport was recently found to have a failing rack and pinion system that was leaking power steering fluid and I figure that I could keep driving it for maybe another year while just filling it with power steering fluid every few weeks or so. There just wasn't a point to repair something that was going to cost way more than the car was worth. So my wife and I test drove the Crosstrek XV which was the car we were most keen on being our next car. We loved it but we didn't feel like we had quite saved up enough to buy yet. We weren't interested in leasing, but we agreed we would buy that day if they gave us their best price. Alex and the Cityside Subaru Team didn't play games and gave us their best price with financing which was within what we could afford and also took the old Impreza in for trade. No hassles, no muss, no fuss, and best of all no BS. For the usual nominal fee they took care of the inspection sticker and RMV paperwork and a week later we had signed all the paper work and were in our new car. We went to Cityside to look at our options and came out with exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. You just can't beat that. Kudos to Alex and the Cityside Team. More

We did some shopping online, and brought our research to Junior hoping he could match the price/option combo we liked. Junior was fantastic to work with yet again, and we now have another new Subaru! What really inspired me to write this review was the closing. A few days before the closing our 1 year old came down with a double ear infection. The team at CitySide helped us get all the paperwork and final negotiations done over email to so we could walk in and finalize the deal as quickly as possible to make the experience easier on our family.
