We continued to correspond with Flavio over a series of visits as we considered various Subaru models as well as other makes. Flavio set us off on test drives of all of the relevant models and trims we expressed interest in, and was very knowledgeable about the features of each; he inspired confidence. Flavio was also extremely patient as we went through our buying process while always being cordial in his correspondence with us. We never felt pressured, nor did he try to up-sell us with features or models that didn't suit our stated needs. In the end, we are the happy owners of a new vehicle - exactly what we wanted - and we would gladly recommend Flavio and Cityside Subaru. I should also mention that Michael was a wiz with the paperwork, and clearly communicated with us as we completed the sales process. More

Working with Tom D'Allessandro of CitySide Subaru over several months to find our perfect car was an exceptionally good, in fact entertainingly enjoyable experience. Tom was patient with us over time, did not rush us in any way, and served as a source of knowledge when we had questions from the complex to the simple to the just plain dumb. His know-how and sincerity, combined with a wonderful sense of humor made us feel safe, secure and cared for during the entire process. My wife and I have been customers at City Side Subaru for many years. We would recommend the Service Department to everyone. Now, we will also recommend the Sales Department, but particularly Tom D'Allessandro. He is a special young man to work with. We called around a few local dealerships, and Tom was the most responsive and most thorough. He had the car we wanted and offered it at a great price. When another dealership offered the same car in a different color at a lower price, he matched that price for us. We did all the communication by phone, email, and FedEx for the paperwork, and everything was quick, efficient, and seamless. When we finally arrived in Boston to pick up the car, Tom spent a good amount of time with us inside the vehicle, walking us through the various features, setting up our phones with the car's bluetooth, and making sure we were ready to hit the road. I was not able to work out a deal with the dealership where I purchased and serviced the car. Cityside had some inventory on the lot of the particular model I wanted, but other than that had no experience with them prior to my visit. My sales person was Mark Lidano. To sum it up, I knew what I wanted, and Mark was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. The entire car buying process took about an hour and a half. We quickly determined a fair price for the new vehicle, a reasonable trade in for my old one, and we were done. Finance mgr Mike was excellent too. I'd recommend Cityside to anyone More
