No nonsense oil change at the dealer Quick and easy oil change. Called ahead and schedule an approx time. Arrived and basically went right into service. The wait time was minimum. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND DEAL!!! Lee Burns (Management) and his team of Michael O'Hare (Sales) and Naeem Randall (Finance) made my car decision very easy. They spent the time to crunc Lee Burns (Management) and his team of Michael O'Hare (Sales) and Naeem Randall (Finance) made my car decision very easy. They spent the time to crunch the numbers and found a vehicle that works for me, my family and my profession (Photographer). They helped me figure out a plan to lease a 2018 Rav-4 rather than a buy. There was a confidence and grace that they all had without over selling the product or service. I never walked out of a dealership with a huge smile, confidence and knowledge that I made the right decision. I was considering a Honda or Subaru, but I am SUPER HAPPY being a first time TOYOTA driver. Major Hi-5ive to the DCH team in Wappingers Falls, NY!!! Happy customer and I highly recommend this place.
