Dissatisfied out of state customer I recently purchased a used 2015 Mustang GT convertible from this dealership. Michael Oscata was my salesperson. Mike was a very nice and personable g I recently purchased a used 2015 Mustang GT convertible from this dealership. Michael Oscata was my salesperson. Mike was a very nice and personable guy, but that's what salesmen are supposed to be. What I found was that my car had not been detailed at all, maybe run through a carwash. No human hands had made an effort to make it look any nicer or cleaner. I also found, after I left the dealership, no spare tire, jack, or lug wrench in the car. I expect that they figured since I was so far away in Virginia, that I couldn't bug them too much from afar. It seems like they were just wanting to get this used Ford off of their lot, but not enough to drop the price significantly to make it happen. And knowing that I was coming so far, it seems like they believe they didn't have to put any effort into the sale, because I was obviously already interested in the car. This past weekend the spare tire would have comie in very handy, as I had an issue with a wheel while in a remote area of Virginia with my 3 year old grandson, and it cost me a lot of time, trouble & money to get it fixed. If I had a spare tire I would have changed and been right back on the road. I was told by the salesman that he would "ask the guys" about the lack of spare tire , but I don't expect much to come from that. Based on how this sale was handled, I will not recommend them to anyone. I am old enough to understand the concept of buyer beware, but I'm also old enough to understand the concept of business ethics, customer service, and good faith. I feel like they didn't exhibit any of these with this automobile, they made no effort to make sure that the car was as good as it could be before I left a lot. I like the car, very disappointed in the dealership. More
