A friend recommended I visit Five Star Ford (Carrolton) and pointed me to Melanie. From the start, found the truck I wanted that fit into my budget. Actually, Melanie went the extra mile and made this fit into my budget. There was no back and forth. I told her what I was looking for, she made it happen. Dennis met with me and quickly approved all the numbers and we were out the door. Once I was in Finance, Michael took care of the paper work and got me out the door under 30 min (if I remember correctly). Truck was washed and ready for me to drive off the lot I have purchased many cars in my life time. This was the best experience I have had with a dealership. My youngest daughter will be in a market for a car soon and I will be starting our car search at Five Star Ford. More
