I think the only downfall to the whole experience was the time it took. We were all set to process my deal when a small Asian man in a wind breaker stormed into the office behind me and screamed at the people finalizing my deal. He said if he didn't get preference for his deal instead, people would 'pay.' I'm not quite sure this guy should be walking around threatening people when there are customers in house. Because of that little fiasco, my car took another 2 hours. Big thanks to Jess and Michael for trying their best for me and getting me out when they did. More

I was a little nervous when he said he wasn’t expecting me so early but he quickly remembered our appointment and was able to pull up everything on the computer. Michael made me feel very comfortable and I never felt pressured at all. He came across as very genuine and exceeded all of my expectations. I have never owned a new car before and he made my dreams come true! He also took me around to other people at the dealership and introduced me and I just really felt valued as a customer. He is so nice and will get you what you need and what you ask for! Michael Pisarik did my financial package and can I just say the man is a genius! He was able to cut my payment down significantly less and was also very down to earth and straight to the point without being abrasive. He didn’t bombard me with unnecessary add ons and was very patient with me with all the questions that I had regarding the warranty packages. He’s great that’s all I can say! Joseph the tech guy was very knowledgeable I hope I am saying his name right I lost the card. He was very sweet and helped me figure out how to operate all the gadgets in my car and synched me right on up. To put it short, I had been putting off getting a car for a very long time because I was scared of being taken advantage of or being treated badly because I am a woman. All my fears were put to rest the minute I stepped into this dealership! I loved my experience and I will recommend others to come here as well. They really treat you like you matter here and the cars are gorgeous! More
