We have been bringing our car to the dealership for regular maintenance since we bought it, but over the last year or so we have found the service garage to have very poor scheduling and timing. We have experienced 4 hr wait times for an oil change that had appointments. We have shown up to appointments only to be told parts aren't in stock. We take time from work for these visits and are routinely disappointed with the customer considerations. More
