He answered all my questions I had and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. I really cant begin to describe how excellent this car buying experience has been. I was cautious to buy a car online without ever driving it or seeing it. Actually, what made me choose eCarOne was seeing the excellent online reviews and also they had no haggling/no hassle car buying experience. I have spent hours at a dealership wasting time while they are out back making me wait, only to be disappointed by their offer. I wasn't interested in wasting my time again and with Elias I never had to. I made the car purchase completely online without ever leaving me home. I was able to purchase the car via online, had it shipped to Austin for free ( I had a trade in and I lived in San Antonio so a short drive to Austin was not a big deal for me) I essentially spent 0 time in the dealership which was amazing for me. This is how all car dealers should be, and this is how all car salesman should be!!!! Elias and eCarOne set the standard for excellent customer service and an excellent car buying experience.
