Carl did everything he could to assure that the sale would happen. I didn't like the initial offer, he went back and looked them over again. The day I picked up my car, I primarily dealt with Mike. Again very knowledgeable and nice. I was very pleased with the way I was treated during the entire process. I only wish the dealership was closer to my home, they would have all my service business. Michael was the finance muscles behind the visit. I had the car in for service. The car was taken care of quickly. Jaret was there to greet me and got me set up with the service department. They Actually Heard Us!!! After 5 hours with 2 small children at another local dealership my husband and I had decided to throw in the towel for the evening and head home. Whil After 5 hours with 2 small children at another local dealership my husband and I had decided to throw in the towel for the evening and head home. While waiting in the drive through for the kids chicken nuggets my husband suggested we check out Kelly since it was on the way home and we were currently going broke in a rental because our vehicle had been recently totaled. It was 6:30pm when we pulled into Kelly. We unloaded our 6 year old and 2 year old and were headed towards the door with McDonalds bags in hand when our salesman Wilbert Chevez greeted us. At this point I was drained and exhausted and probably not very friendly. I immediately explained our situation. I told Wil what we were looking for and that I wasn't interested in wasting his time or anymore of my own. I let him know that our credit was in dire need of repair but that what we were prepared to counter that obstacle with a down payment and I told him my top line for monthly payments. He led us inside and talked to me as I set our kids up with their meals at a spare desk. He told my husband and I to relax for a few minutes while he checked out a few things. We had been arguing back and forth with the previous dealership and their inability to hear us. We were pressured and pressures as they refused to budge over $14 a month until we finally just walked out. We told them from the time we walked in the door and repeatedly after what we could comfortably afford and although they came close we knew what we could financially manage so I was skeptical of Wil but figured I had nothing to lose. 10 minutes later he leads me outside to a waiting 2014 Jeep Compass originally priced where the 2014 Ford Escape with 12k more miles at the other dealership was priced. I was impressed, maybe he was listening. Ok...so far so good. We figure to see where this goes and ask them to run the numbers. 2 hours later we were driving home in our new Jeep. They came to us with an offer that worked within our guidelines and managed a payment even a few dollars under our max. They went out of their way to make sure my family left in that vehicle. Not at any point in time did they try to play games. The finance team and especially our salesman Wil worked their xxxxx off to get everything done as quickly as possible while our children were becoming more impatient and tired. They were absolutely amazing and I am so glad we decided to try one more place before throwing in the towel on Monday night. I will be telling everyone I know what a great experience we had at Kelly Nissan and sending anyone looking for a car in Wil's direction. More
