The GM Mike went out of his way to introduce himself to me as did the Sales Manager. They made a very Fair Deal with me which was actually so good, I had to buy the truck. I was given a tour of the entire facility after the purchase and was introduced to the Service Team and Manager. I have to say, I love my Titan XD PLatium Reserve. I highly recommend this dealer for Cars, Trucks and your service needs! They even offered to Service my Charger! A 10 of 10! More

Never do business here!!!! I wanted to buy my car at the end of its lease which was from Kelly. I called and was transferred to the finance department. The man who answered said I wanted to buy my car at the end of its lease which was from Kelly. I called and was transferred to the finance department. The man who answered said I would have to bring the car in for a safety inspection even though the state inspection had been done the week before. If it's good enough for the state, it should be good enough for the dealer. I have friends and family who bought their leased cars, (some which were nissans from other dealers) and none ever had to deal with that. I was then transferred to the service dept and had to leave a message. I never got a returned call even after leaving another message. I called the finance department again and asked if I could come in just to get started on the buying process. I was rudely told no because it was the end of the fiscal year and hung up on. I ended up going to Rothrock and getting impeccable service. Kelly must be doing so well it doesn't need customers anymore. More
