We talked about the different Sorentos until I decided on exactly which one I wanted. We then went over numerous financing options and she was more than willing to answer all my questions and to help out where she could. Ultimately, I felt like I got a good price on the vehicle and Ouafaa definitely helped out with some rebates and discounts. After the sale was complete, the General Mamager Michael came out and spoke with me briefly to thank me for my purchase and asked about my experience, which I thought was a nice touch. I’m extremely happy with my experience and purchase, and would highly recommend a Kia, Executive Kia, and Ouafaa to everyone looking for a vehicle! More
