I went into this dealership never expecting to buy a Kia. Sohee did a wonderful job introducing me to what Kia was able to provide, and we identified something that matched my needs. After passing the torch Sohee did a wonderful job introducing me to what Kia was able to provide, and we identified something that matched my needs. After passing the torch off, Rich allowed me to test drive a K5 farther and longer than any other dealership allowed me to test drive a car, and in that time I ended up loving it. After coming back and talking with Michael, I understood more about how Kia improved their philosophies and qualities over the past decade, and I felt much more comfortable with the brand. After vising other dealerships and finalizing my decision, I came back to Executive Kia. Ouafaa made sure I got the exact car and color I wanted, made sure I was getting desirable rates with the deal, and offered me exceptional unbiased advice on what the best way to move forward would be. A few weeks later, with a fair and competitive price for a trade-in, Jorge made sure I'd feel safe with my investment when I hit the road. I was interested in leasing a car. Every dealership priced me out of the range i wanted to spend and than made it look like they were doing me a favor when they came down a little. W Every dealership priced me out of the range i wanted to spend and than made it look like they were doing me a favor when they came down a little. Wafa at Executive Kia was a breathe of fresh air. I don't like the car buying experience at all but she made it so easy the price I researched online was exactly what they offered me, there was no haggling at all. I met their finance guy and the GM and everyone was so helpful. Wafa sat with me in the car for almost an hour getting all the technology right. I would recommend Executive Kia to anyone and I can't express enough how this experience was so different than any previous ones i had in a good way. More
