We had went to this dealership over a year ago and dealt with Robert Sturges in sales and was overly pleased with his help. 1 week ago we went back and Robert was not available and dealt with Michael Story (also wonderful service). When we returned this past weekend, we were approached by John Justice when we entered and Michael was out and Robert was with a customer so we were helped by John while waiting. John's help was greatly appreciated. We were serviced by Robert Sturges. We were more than pleased with the honesty, straight forward and professional service that we (as customers) expected. The kindness and service we received made the purchase a pleasant transaction. Ford Edge Came in just wanting to test drive an Edge and an Explorer to see which one I liked. Robert Sturgis would have let me drive any and all cars on the lo Came in just wanting to test drive an Edge and an Explorer to see which one I liked. Robert Sturgis would have let me drive any and all cars on the lot to see which one would work best for me and my family. He was amazing! When I came back after quick lunch he had left for lunch, Micheal Story helped me the rest of the way and was very helpful and did everything he could for me. John Simikian was the manager working with Micheal and he was very friendly and worked with me very well. Paul Willis went over my finance papers with me and was very detailed, sweet man. The entire team made buying this car the easiest purchase I have ever made. It was SUCH a wonderful experience. Rhonda the receptionist was very positive and explained about this survey in great detail. My husband and I bought our vehicle before this one from Tri-State and will defiantly be back! More

Eli had helped initially in finding a vehicle using my given qualifications. It felt like Eli was trying too hard for the sale and did not use his skills in building a connection and listening to our financial needs but still did a good job and found me the truck I drove off the lot. Rhonda, the receptionist, was very friendly and was very personable while we were waiting for the financials to be processed and when she dealt with other clients throughout the evening. More
