Pay more attention to how you spell a persons name. Michael, I think everything went very well to get the automobile that we wanted. Michael spent time with us looking for the product that we wanted with specifications we had ask for, and within the price range we were looking for. As we usually keep our automobiles longer than most people. Every vehicle I have purchased over the years 1962 - 2018 have been Ford, Lincoln or Mercury I never drove them less than 100,000 miles. Most of the time the oil and filter has been changed 3,000 miles with none over 6,000 miles. Most of my mileage have been highway miles or trips greater than 50 miles. The only thing I was surprised about was the insurance for the extended warranty which was very pricey! Michael had not mentioned this before talking about financing the car. We were not interested in financing the automobile. When you consider all the automobiles I have purchased in the past have only required routine maintenance has been required. Only 5 other times maintenance was required, a rod to drive the oil pump Ford Falcon, a thermostat Ford pickup 3 water pumps for the same automobile, and the Lincoln had a Plastic manifold that had to be replace which lost all the antifreeze on a trip to Arizona. Michael Story was my first friendly dealer, due to scheduling he was kind enough to introduce me to Mr. Pierce. Jack Pierce was crucial to me finding a vehicle, his patience with me paid off. I never felt pressured by him, which is uncommon in such a situation. The finance duo also helped explain all fees, charges and confirmed that I understood everything before I left.
