Overall a good experience with our purchase. I was pleased to find our GMC Sierra available on line and contacted Melanie to setup a test drive. A little disappointed to find this was a "branded" vehicle but went to see anyway. Melanie never told us on the phone that we could not use our own financing due to the branding title, this must be noted to all customers so no surprises when they arrive. We were ready to walk out when we heard we needed to use the GMC financing which was almost 3% higher than our bank but Michael worked with us to get the price to the same final cost. Bud was very friendly and walked us through the process of completing the truck purchase and showing us the your facility. Karl was very professional at walking us through the finance portion of the sale. The truck was picked up on Saturday 5/25 and we were disappointed in the quality of the detail that was performed on the truck. To me a detail would be for the truck to be completely cleaned inside and out. The truck was washed and tires were cleaned and shined but that was it. The inside of the truck was not touched, not that the truck was overly dirty, but the mats had dirt on them so I know the truck was not swept. The running boards had some mud on them from dirty shoes, obvious enough that Bud felt bad and took it back to clean them up before we left. To me when you are making a purchase of this amount of money this truck should have been thoroughly cleaned. I ended up cleaning the interior myself when I got home. Also I think the policy to only fill the gas tank to 1/2 is a little petty. I know your company is all about the bottom line, but is it too much to include a full tank of gas when I have just purchased a $41K truck from you? More

Easy and no pressure 2nd purchase We were in the market for a larger vehicle to lease. We’ve purchased a Sierra from them in the past and decided to go look again. After looking at the Acadia we decided to go for the lower model as I don’t need all the bells and whistles. The one thing stopping me from pulling the trigger was no remote start. I’ve had one for the past 12 years and was not about to give that up. They asked what they needed to do to get me into the vehicle and they were able to put a factory remote start in for me. (So as not to void the lease terms) Great team to work with, and stayed late for us to get all the paperwork done since we live 45 mins away. Easy to deal with and no pressure. More

They Don’t Care About Us Faulkner Buick GMC in West Chester Is one of the worst dealerships I have been to. Imagine coming in to see a car, fall in love with the car, taki Faulkner Buick GMC in West Chester Is one of the worst dealerships I have been to. Imagine coming in to see a car, fall in love with the car, taking steps to get the car, money down, license, insurance, etc. You were calling the dealership every day or in contact with the salesman everyday to put a deposit down, but they say no just bring in all your paperwork and you will be fine. Then the day you have your paperwork and coming to pick up the car to leave with you get an email not phone call an email saying “they sold the car, their was nothing I could do”. Now you get on the phone with a finance manager and he can’t tell you how something like that happened. Guess it was to much pressure for him, so he has some xxxxx call me back that makes the situation worse by saying basically well the car was sold that is that nothing we can do now. And because I’m upset he also “says he’s glad we didn’t do business with you” How do you guys say you focus on customer service and you pull a stunt like that. You don’t care about the people that walk in that door it’s a bunch of xx you guys preach. Think twice before shopping here!! More

New car sale pleasure the entire experience was a pleasure! I walked right into the show room and was greeted within 20 seconds by the sales manager. Mike was extremely helpful in locating the vehicle I found on the website. Brett too over from there and I was impressed on how much detail he knew about the vehicle I had chosen. When it came to the finance person, Matt was very organized and answered every question I had about our transaction. My overall experience was stress free! I knew what I wanted going in there from the website, Mike made me the best offer he had, and Matt closed the transaction in 45 minutes. Faulkner is an exceptional dealership! More
