Michael Tan caught me on the way in and provided the carfax report I asked for, helped with the test drive, and negotiated the best price with his manager. I appreciate that Mike wasn't pushy at all through the whole process and that Crown Honda makes it easy to see the bottom line price including trade in and everything else. I don't plan to buy another car for a while, but when I do I'll be sure to go to Crown Honda first! More

Best sales experience of my life! Michael was the best Salesman I've ever had! I had seen a great deal online for a Honda Civic, hatchback of course. Only one problem - I hadn't learne Michael was the best Salesman I've ever had! I had seen a great deal online for a Honda Civic, hatchback of course. Only one problem - I hadn't learned how to drive a manual transmission yet! So I grabbed a buddy with a manual car and headed to a parking lot the night before. I showed up at the dealership the next day and warned Michael that my stick shift skills were quite poor and very newly earned. He jumped at the chance to give me some pointers and made me feel comfortable in the driver's seat. We only stalled once in the test drive!! I was lucky to talk to such a genuine and passionate guy. Driving is now a joy and I owe it to Michael and the team at Crown Honda! More
