PURCHASED JEEP WRANGLER 10/2020, 2 DAYS AFTER EXHAUST SNAPPED OFF ON BELT PRKWY ALMOST HIT MEDIAN, COULD OF DIED, NO HELP WITH TOW, ARGUED WITH OVER THE RENTAL, MIND YOU THIS IS TWO DAYS AFTER LEAVING TH SNAPPED OFF ON BELT PRKWY ALMOST HIT MEDIAN, COULD OF DIED, NO HELP WITH TOW, ARGUED WITH OVER THE RENTAL, MIND YOU THIS IS TWO DAYS AFTER LEAVING THE LOT. TRUCK WAS PURCHASED WITH DUAL EXHAUST, UPON PICKING CAR UP FROM DEALER THEY SWAPPED IT OUT WITH A FAULTY REPLACEMENT FROM THE JUNKYARD, I ENDED UP BRINGING IT TO A MEINEKE WHERE I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MUFFLER WAS FAULTY, AND USED AND SHOULD OF BEEN ISSUED, AFTER THE MANAGER CONTACTED THE LOCATION WHERE IT WAS INSTALLED HE FOUND THAT IT WASN'T EVEN DOCUMENTED IN THE SYSTEM, IN ADDITION TO THE MULTITUDE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS, I WAS INFORMED BY A MANAGER THE DAY I PICKED UP THE CAR AFTER THE MUFFLER INSTALL THAT ALTHOUGH THE CAR WAS LISTED AS CERTIFIED PREOWNED, WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY THREATENED ME WITH STORAGE FEES IF I DID NOT TAKE THE CAR OFF THE LOT, I GUESS THEY FEEL THEY CAN TALK TO BLACK PEOPLE ANYWAY THEY WANT, AS IF THERE INTELLIGENCE IS SUPERIOR, YOU EVEN SEE IT IN HOW THEY BULLY THERE BLACK EMPLOYEES, SHORTLY AFTER I WAS FORCED TO TAKE THE CAR, THE TIRED ROD SNAPPED WHILE DRIVING 50MPH LUCKILY I WAS ON A STRAIGHT ROAD OR I WOULD OF AGAIN CRASHED AND RISK MY LIFE. I THEN I CONTACT THE CORPORATE CENTER AND HERE IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD, I CONTACT JEEP CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN, THEY UPDATE MY NAME TO THE ACCOUNT, AND FROM THERE I WAS TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK, I DIDN'T SO I CALL AGAIN, THIS TIME I WAS CONNECTED TO PAULA AND I WAS PUT ON A 3 WAY CALL WITH THE DEALERSHIP, WHERE THE DEALERSHIP MANAGER BEGAN TO TELL ME MAYBE I WAS LOOKING AT A WATER STAMP SEEING THAT AS CERTIFIED, WHICH I ASSURED HIM WAS NOT THE CASE, I THEN TOLD HIM ABOUT A CUSTOMER PAUL WHO OWNED A GYM ACROSS THE STREET THAT REFEREED ME TO THE DEALERSHIP, INFORMING HIM IT WAS A BAD LOOK ON THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM THEY EXHIBITED THROUGHOUT MY SALES PROCESS AND SHORTLY AFTER. HE THEN SAID HE WOULD WORK IT OUT AND HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BACK, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A RANDOM SALES AGENT, I INFORM HIM THAT HE COULD NOT HELP ME AND ONLY MANAGEMENT COULD. HE SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND THIS WAS IN NOVEMBER OF LAST YEAR. NO CALL BACK FROM DEALER, AND WHEN I CHECKED MY EMAILS I SAW THAT THE NAME AND INFORMATION WAS CHANGED BACK TO THE OLD OWNER OF THE CAR, BY ACCIDENT I RECEIVED A SATISFACTION EMAIL WITH THE WRONG NAME. THIS IS ALL DOCUMENTED AND AT THIS POINT I HAVE EXHAUSTED ALL OPTIONS TO DEAL WITH THE DEALERSHIP, EVEN BEING TOLD THROUGH DEALERRATER THAT I WOULD BE CONTACTED AND NEVER CALLED. MICHELLE WAS THE NAME OF THAT STAFF MEMBER. I PROMISE YOU THIS THOUGH. MY DOCUMENTATION GAME IS REAL, AND TODAY I CALLED JEEP AGAIN AND RECORDING THE CONVERSATION WHERE IT SHOWS A COVER UP. IN THAT SENSE I GUESS ILL SEEK LEGAL HELP TO RECTIFY THIS EGREGIOUS ATROCITY. More

Where to start, never received a signed copy of the Where to start, never received a signed copy of the initial invoice with terms and cost, of instead I was tricked into signing a loan agreement wi Where to start, never received a signed copy of the initial invoice with terms and cost, of instead I was tricked into signing a loan agreement with added charges I did not agree to,, Including an $5000 extended warranty and a $900 charge for pre-certification that also was not part of the agreement or on the original bill of sale, I’ve been back to the dealership several times to try to resolve the issue, with no satisfaction… after insisting they remove the additional charges was told only the extended warranty would be canceled but that I would not receive a new loan agreement with the adjusted price, HOW CAN THAT BE ??? Also had $400 to $500 worth of audio equipment stolen out of my return lease while in their care overnight, because I was rushed into taking the new vehicle home the same day, when I returned the next day they were gone again no comment from the dealership, other than to suggest that I was lying and they were misplaced ... REALLY? I’m 63, and this has been the worst experience in purchasing a vehicle that I’ve ever had , and I will make sure I tell everyone that will listen about my experience, this is why more and more people are buying cars online which is what I should have done I’m hoping this review reaches the eyes of someone who cares but I seriously doubt it. More

I never write reviews or give feedback, but I had to for this place. David from sales is genuine and easy going. Didn’t pressure me into something I didn’t want/need and was timely with responses. He’s the only person I’m glad to have had helped me here. Tom who works in finance is an xxxxxxx and was horribly rude, and unprofessional. I would not recommend working with him, in fact work with literally anyone else. He will try to con you into getting warranties you don’t need and once he’s done with you, will not answer any questions you have and pretend he’s never helped you before even if it’s a few days after you purchased the vehicle - typical for someone who thinks his own xxxx doesn’t stink. Overall, I wouldn’t go back to this dealership if it wasn’t for the price I paid for the Grand Cherokee I purchased. More

Gabby was absolutely the best . A friendly smile snd greeting . She worked hard to get me into a 2021 Blacked out Rebel . Within 3 weeks the truck arrived . It was a much shorter dealership experience f greeting . She worked hard to get me into a 2021 Blacked out Rebel . Within 3 weeks the truck arrived . I wanted zero stars for this dealership. They did not honor online price of vehicle which I conferred with the sales man, then they highbballed me. Manage did not care about me as the customer.
