I had a lot of specifics which needed to be met and the folks who assisted me were respectful, knowledgeable and friendly without being at all overbearing. Each representative knew his or her job well and did not delay in answering questions, providing further information with professionalism and friendliness. Bob Rothberg is the Captain Kirk of Auto Direct and has oversight of the entire operation. Being a "family business" carries with it a lot of responsibility to protect reputation, provide proven good service as well as pave the way for a lasting relationship with patrons. Chad was the Spoke of the group, especially in the technology and documentation area, knowledgeable and efficient. The rest of the crew, including Sean, who dealt with the financial end of the transaction, and Michael, who is the "boots on the ground" man, were all part of a well oiled machine. Although it is a big operation, I never felt like I was being ignored or not listened to. This is my first go-to place for automobiles. Thanks Crew! More
