My wife and I were in the market for a very specific Corvette. While searching for this vehicle online I came across the Auto Direct Corvettes website via a Google search for “Lime Rock Green Corvette”. Corvette. We were so excited to find the exact vehicle we were looking and searching for the past several months. A 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible with Kalahari interior and a manual transmission. After reading the many 5 star reviews, I sent a message of interest and was immediately contacted by Bob the owner of the company. I was impressed by his knowledge of the vehicle and the quickness of his reponse to my questions. He took the time to take several photos and videos of the car for us to view. We live in Tennessee, so I was relying on his eyes and words to assist in this purchase. Based on everything he said and sent to us we decided to purchase the vehicle sight unseen. Bob went out of his way to walk us through everything we needed to accomplish prior to taking delivery and assisted in our travel arraignments to fly into the closest airport (Philadelphia International). On the day of delivery, our flight was delayed due to a snow storm that had arrived overnight. Bob had arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport and his driver waited the hour and half extra for our arrival due to the delay. We had an enjoyable ride over to the dealership and upon arrival walked into the most amazing and largest Corvette showroom we had ever been to. We being previous Corvette owners (1963 and 2001), members of the Nation Corvette Museum and Vettes of the Smokeys car club have visited several Corvette events and museums over the years and his showroom is second to none. All of the vehicles on site were immaculate and in exceptional condition. We were introduced to Bob and his staff and were immediately greeted and treated as family. Bob then took us out to see our Corvette. The pictures and his description really couldn’t do this vehicle justice. The vehicle was found to be in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. I wanted to say it been such a pleasure doing business with you. And your staff. We have purchased many vehicles over the years and this by far has been our easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience ever. Your professionalism and assistance through every step is definitely raising the bar to a level that most dealerships could only wish to attain. I will recommend you and your business to all that I know and hear of that are in the market for a Corvette. Angela and I are so thankful for all that you have done for us through this purchase and the level of excellence in customer service we have received. The thousand of good reviews alone could have brought me here, but I was referred to Auto Direct Corvettes by a family friend and couldn’t be more impressed. I bought a Used SUV from their inventory and it was just what I was hoping for. Both Bob and Chad worked to make not only the purchase process but the overall experience seamless. They walked me through different financing options and as a first time car buyer, I couldn’t recommend going the Auto Direct more.
