Took my f150 to get cool packs replaced, that went great but within a couple weeks one of the new coil packs went out again was told there was a 3 week wait for a loaner vehicle, my truck was my only means but within a couple weeks one of the new coil packs went out again was told there was a 3 week wait for a loaner vehicle, my truck was my only means of transportation so I went to auto zone and bought new coil pack and replaced my self then call service dept and asked for refund for parts only because pack was under warranty was told I would get said refund then got runaround for 3 months finally had to ask for manager of dealership to be told I would be receiving a check in approximately 1 1/2 week and again over 3 weeks finally got it today More
